Welcome to Leanka (hereinafter: the "System" or the "Service"), operating at https://leanka.me and via all subdomains, applications, interfaces, extensions, and related services. The Service is operated and managed by Moriah Alipour, ID/Company No. 013173885, with an address at Ma’ale Kfar Etzion 3, Efrat, Israel (hereinafter: "Leanka," the "Company," "System Management," or "we").

Please read these terms carefully before using the System. Using the System, opening an account, browsing, or ticking the confirmation box during registration constitutes your full acceptance (hereinafter: the "User" or "you") of all the terms detailed in this document. If you do not agree to any of these terms, in whole or in part, you must cease all use of the System.

Part A: Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service and Account Registration

1.1. Leanka is a smart workspace designed for creators and professionals, enabling the organization, storage, management, and sharing of links, websites, digital tools, and resources (collectively: the "Resources").

1.2. Use of certain parts of the Service requires registration. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Opening an account under a false identity or for another person without their express consent is prohibited. The Service is intended, as a general rule, for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian, as permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse registration, require verification, or suspend/terminate an account in cases of suspected violation of these terms, impersonation, false information, or security risks.

1.3. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password), securing your devices, and for all activities performed through your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use, lost password, or security breach.

1.4. The User undertakes not to use the System illegally or in violation of these terms, including: (a) uploading/sharing infringing, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or illegal content; (b) attempting to breach the System, bypass security mechanisms, or engage in scraping, crawling, data mining, or unauthorized automated information collection; (c) impersonating another person or entity; (d) distributing spam, malware, or dangerous links; or (e) entering third-party information without legal authorization.

2. System Management as a "Conduit Only" and Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Sites

2.1. The System enables the storage, organization, sharing, display, recommendation, referral, and retrieval of tabs, links, and information leading to external websites, tools, and services operated by third parties (hereinafter: "Third-Party Sites"), and in some cases, automatically through system mechanisms or AI components.

2.2. Crucial Disclaimer: Leanka, System Management, its directors, employees, or anyone on their behalf act solely as a technological conduit for the display, organization, referral, and retrieval of links and resources. System Management does not create, warrant, edit, filter, verify, or monitor Third-Party Sites or their content, products, services, privacy policies, or terms of use.

2.3. System Management does not warrant or guarantee that Third-Party Sites are:

  • Reliable, safe, or free of viruses/malware.

  • Legal, moral, or compliant with regulations.

  • Displaying accurate, current, or truthful information.

2.4. Furthermore, System Management is not responsible for the availability, security, or suitability of Third-Party Sites, or their compliance with any law. Any entry to a Third-Party Site, purchase, or use thereof is at the User's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, System Management shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or lost profits arising from browsing or relying on Third-Party Sites.

3. Recommendation Engine, AI Assistant, and Peer Insights

3.1. The System utilizes advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation systems to provide recommendations and insights. System Management reserves the exclusive right to replace, update, upgrade, or remove AI engines, technological models, or external AI providers at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

3.2. AI and System recommendations are based on:

  • Analysis of user activity and saved resources.

  • Resources used by colleagues and other Leanka community members with similar professional profiles, based on aggregated, statistical, or anonymous data only.

  • New digital tools and internet trends.

3.3. It is hereby expressly clarified that the AI and System outputs are automated, generic suggestions only. They do not constitute professional advice, legal/financial opinions, or a binding guarantee of any result. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; therefore, independent human verification is required before relying upon them. System Management, its directors, and employees bear no liability (direct or indirect) for the accuracy, suitability, or results of using AI outputs, and the decision to implement them is at the User's sole responsibility.

3.4. Users must not enter sensitive, confidential, medical, financial, or legally privileged information unless expressly required for specific use and permitted by law. Users are aware that processing may involve external AI service providers.

4. Business Model, Affiliate Links, and Sponsored Content

4.1. To maintain and develop the System, Leanka operates on a commercial business model.

4.2. Affiliate Links: Some tools, services, or links displayed in the System may contain unique partner identifiers. If a User performs a purchase or registration at the destination site, System Management may receive a commission. This does not increase the cost for the User.

4.3. Sponsored Content: The System may display advertisements, banners, or sponsored offers. System Management will strive to mark these as "Sponsored" or "Ad." System Management is not responsible for the content of these ads or their reliability.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights in Leanka, including design, source code, trademarks, algorithms, UI, graphics, texts, and logos, are the exclusive property of System Management.

5.2. Reverse engineering, scraping, crawling, or any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5.3. The User retains their rights to the content they upload, but grants System Management a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, process, and display the data as necessary to provide the service. The User grants the Company the right to use anonymous, aggregated statistical data to improve recommendation algorithms and research.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE." System Management makes no warranty regarding operation, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2. System Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from: (a) use or inability to use the system; (b) unauthorized access to the account; (c) errors in system content or AI outputs; (d) acts or omissions of Third-Party Sites.

7. Changes, Termination, and Updates

7.1. Leanka is a dynamic technological product. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7.2. System Management may suspend or block access if it reasonably believes the User has violated these terms, created a security risk, or engaged in illegal activity.

7.3. Users may close their account at any time. Provisions regarding IP, privacy, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

7.4. The User agrees to indemnify System Management against any claim or damage resulting from the User’s violation of these terms or illegal use of the System.
